Buzz 12 in 12: Busting a 1985 Donruss baseball wax pack (Hour 5)

What's Buzz-worthy: This 665-card set (660 cards, five checklists) is an interesting one with its black borders and nearly 100 Rookie Cards, and you'd think that fresh wax packs are the best place to potentially land fresh high-grade cards destined for slabs. Maybe not. Long story short? Check out the gallery and then find yourself a sealed factory set if you're pondering grading. You'll like those results better. This particular pack didn't include any big names or big Rookie Cards so it gets a weak grade, but tearing into these is still fun because of the potential. This one includes Rookie Cards of John Franco, Dwight Gooden, Roger Clemens, Kirby Puckett, Eric Davis and Orel Hershiser along with the Hall of Famers you'd expect. They just weren't in this one.
