What's Buzz-worthy: Buzz bought this box by mistake, thinking it was the home of a Keith Jackson card but that was the year before this. But ultimately this is a better set and a box that delivered very, very well statistically despite being one card short of a complete set with a boatload of duplicates. This one included a staple of Action Packed, a gold card, which is one in every 72 packs (every three boxes) and then a Night Flights insert that's one in every other box. It delivered everything else as it should, except for the one missing base card. This one has a solid but simple design and it's one that's absolutely loaded with Hall of Famers and a memorable crop of solid Rookie Cards and some RC busts. I bought this one on accident but wasn't unhappy that I did. For this price, it's a fun rip if you collected during the 1990s. Panini America owns the rights to the Action Packed name these days and you can mark me down as someone who wouldn't mind seeing the embossed-card approach make a comeback.
