What's Buzz-worthy: This release is a leaner one but there's still one big-time auto that could pay for a case or more here -- Rosario Dawson -- along with a few other names people should know such as Amy Sedaris, Ming-Na Wen and Temuera Morrison among the signers. These tins are small -- basically a blaster -- but they're also pretty cheap for a hobby box so I bit on one. I was reminded why I passed before with my best card (/50 insert) arriving with a mangled bottom left corner and an initialgraph of a model whose only role appears to be this one ... a character without a name and everybody gets a character name in Star Wars. (At least it was four episodes -- enough to get her around 30 different cards and autos in a few releases, too. Initalgraphs are lame, though, from anybody.) Look closely at the base cards and there are cameos from Mark Hamill, Danny Trejo and others you might know from elsewhere and while the format of the set is more highlights driven (vs. character driven) there are still some nice looks here. The overall print quality is cleaner than other releases in recent years for sure but will have some grading challenges if you go there. (I like to, so I mention it.) But, overall, this one is low-risk, high-reward ... if you get lucky. If not, it's not a bad little lineup that might be worth a look for a small master set project without breaking the bank. The Dawson ink makes this one a tempting case rip but odds are it won't be the safest bet ... but there's still a lot to find here like printing plates, sketch cards, Relics and more, too. You never know
