If you hadn't noticed, there are a number of boxes with discounted prices right now right here as the first wave of Blowout Cards' Black November sales is here
Many of the discounts were dramatic enough that Buzz once again had to ponder the possibilities in many of the boxes and cases -- and here are five that caught this collector’s eye ... and there's far more that just might suit your tastes in the big sale.

SCHOOL COLORS & MORE
2022 Bowman's Best University Football Hobby
It might be the season talking, but this box jumped out at me among the sales ranks as it's relatively new, includes a bunch of stars playing on Saturdays (thanks to NIL deals they're in here) and some notables who are now playing on Sundays right now, too. There are two Chrome autos per box here as well as quite a bit of insert and parallel potential, too, without breaking the bank. Sure, with a deeper checklist and names who won't be pros until later, there will be some leaner boxes than others -- like anything, really -- but with full logos, NIL guys, Chrome and parallels this one might have a shelf life a little longer than others in terms of popular players emerging on the fields and on collectors' minds. Among autos here? The last two Heisman Trophy winners, Bryce Young and Caleb Williams, along with Jordan Addison, Anthony Richardson, Jahmyr Gibbs, Heisman favorite J.J. McCarthy, Bo Nix, Jordan Addison, C.J. Stroud and more ... and there are multi-player autos to find, too.
Keep reading for a few more boxes you should consider (and are likely to end up in Buzz's cart).
GET IN THE RING
2022 Panini Select WWE Asia Edition Box
The faces, name and even box color here looks familiar but the contents here have a number of different things that you won't find in what was perhaps the best release of Panini's rookie season with WWE. Ink doesn't flow in every box -- that makes a case buy a safer way to go if you can do it -- but the parallels come in every pack and Wave Prizms are exclusive to this release and some cards are lower-volume, too. This tiered base set is packed with past and present stars, too, giving it a lot wider appeal than just today's WWE. The sale price point, for me, is a little safer if a box is a miss on ink but there's a lot of potential with parallels and key names here. Another way to look at it with this one is that you could do a couple blasters of the regular one at this price and end up with less ... this one has a lot more upside.

WHO'S IN THERE?
2013 Panini Elite Extra Edition Baseball Hobby Box
Sure, this one is old by today's standards but there are notables in there -- and they are ones I, myself, found ripping in the past and cashed in on well. Every box here includes six autos from a deep checklist -- that's where some risk comes in -- but there are also four 10-auto Hot Boxes here in every 20-box case. (And if I remember correctly, the USA Baseball stuff might flow as some extra hits but I'm not 99.9 percent sure on that.) Among the possible autos here? Aaron Judge, Cody Bellinger, Kris Bryant, Mike Yastrzemski (and Carl), Jonah Heim, Gleyber Torres, Ken Griffey Jr., Roger Clemens, Chipper Jones, Mike Piazza, Byron Buxton, Ivan Rodriguez, Andrew Vaughn, Jack Flaherty and plenty of other reliable big-leaguers and then prospects who came and went. At this price, it's not a bad one to dabble with and a case will yield nearly 140 autographed cards and a lot of those will be parallels, too. All of those key names also have regular cards or inserts to chase.

FEWER CARDS, MORE DEPTH
2017 Panini Stars & Stripes Baseball Hobby Box
This year broke from the traditional USA set format with hits attached and instead is one where there's at least one hit per pack (sometimes more) with at least five per box (100 per case). Among autos here? A mix of past stars, current stars and prospects/rookie arriving recently or soon -- the likes of Anthony Volpe, Triston Casas, Kumar Rocker, Hunter Greene, Jake Burger, Dylan Crews, Pete Crow-Armstrong, Kyle Wright, Mark McGwire, Frank Thomas, Alex Bregman, Ken Griffey Jr., Royce Lewis and more ... and USA sets aren't shy about including multi-player autos, patch cards and plenty more on the variety of the hits ... and several different types.

SIMPLE ... AND INK EVERY TIME
2022 Topps Archives Snapshots Baseball
There are inserts and parallels in play here with these 12-card packs but the key starting point is one autograph per box. The base set is also small -- 50 cards with past and present stars -- with a lot of rookies but ink is what makes these packs, which are among the cheapest finds in the big sale potentially very solid. Among them? Bobby Witt Jr., Chipper Jones, Derek Jeter, Dave Winfield, Fernando Tatis Jr., Jeff Bagwell, Julio Rodriguez, Mike Trout, Ronald Acuña Jr., Rickey Henderson, Vladimir Guerrero Jr., Andre Dawson, Dale Murphy, Jim Palmer, Pete Alonso and more.

There's plenty more among the Black November sale items -- check 'em out here -- and we'll have several more to come leading up to Black Friday.
