With his extensive experience and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, Musilli will play a vital role in shaping the future of our retail operations.

Musilli joins the Blowout family after two successful years of employment with Loupe Sports Cards. During his tenure at Loupe, Musilli oversaw the company's retail shop in Miami as well as managed the company's partnerships with manufacturers and distributors. Prior to his time at Loupe, Musilli served in the store operations department at Abercrombie & Fitch for nearly two decades.

As the Director of Retail Operations, Musilli will focus on managing brick-and-mortar business strategies, identifying and implementing new business opportunities and spearheading the company's initiative to invest in multiple locations to better serve the hobby community. With his wealth of experience and expertise, Musilli will lead the operational charge for The Fantastic Store, our retail shop in Chantilly, Va.
