Job Description: Director of Retail Operations

Blowout Cards is a well known and recognized online retailer specializing in sports cards and collectibles.

We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as Director of Retail Operations whose primary focus will be formulating and executing a business plan to enhance and expand our brand and The Fantastic Store.

This includes overseeing and managing staff in collaboration with store manager(s), setting and monitoring sales goals, projections and operations.

The Director of Retail Operations will be responsible for developing strategies and performance benchmarks, conducting analysis, researching and collaborating with other areas of the company, maintaining relationships with customers and vendors as well as maintaining records for analysis.

Additional responsibilities include both identifying and managing business opportunities and strategies to achieve further growth, profitability and expansion.

Qualifications:
-- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field.
-- Five-plus years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business.
-- Strong leadership skills including the ability to manage and motivate a team.
-- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
-- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
-- Passion for trading cards and collectibles.
