What's Buzz-worthy: This one is in the big sale at less than $15 a box and I actually pondered a run of about 8-10 boxes to chase a couple autos I still need, but I feared getting a streak of the more-toward-filler guys who aren't really wowing me on the checklist. That's not a shot, that's just a reality as this sis a set for the stars of WWE’s developmental promotion, NXT, and some just aren't that developed just yet character-wise for the big stage -- and some just aren't going to get there. The first box delivered two autos instead of one -- and it delivered two of the biggest names on the men's side in this set as well as a rarer parallel of a top name. (So, yeah, I should have tried more with them over-delivering.) ... This online-only release last year is one that might be overlooked as it has some solid names and people may not have seen the cards as often than other NXT releases, which had full hobby distribution in the two years since. There are challenges with this one as the autographs can roller marks/scuffs on the bottom/top edges from packaging because the card stock here is as skinny as it gets. There are a number of first-time autos here, though, as well as some of the biggest names from the past who are now on the WWE's top rosters, so it's one to consider, especially when on sale. Pulling rarer parallels aren't that tough, either, as Silver autos are one in eight, Gold autos are one in 19 and 1/1 Red autos are one in 184. I probably should have done more of these -- if they last, I might.
