What's Buzz-worthy: Remember this break from March? Well, this one makes up for it as I have now officially pulled my first Kobe auto. I didn't expect that one when I ripped into this box -- one I landed via a BlowoutTV draft of Panini VIP package boxes and other swag along with four silver promo packs you'll see ripped here in a few hours. I slow-rolled this box after setting the stack down on my desk and wasn't really blown away until I saw the back of the Bryant card and noticed that it was carrying his custom "24" authentication sticker. While this is definitely still a box that can be topped, it's not the norm and it gets an A+ from me. Without that one? Well, we were probably looking closer to average territory, but the Bryant is one of those reasons why you rip into these high-risk, high-reward brands with some good potential. You do get some safety here with six cards in a box instead of just a couple hits so that helps if you land a key name or rarer parallel. The Osman card, as a parallel auto, goes for more than I had expected while the rest was closer to what I did predict. The Bryant makes all that moot as it's a strong card of one of the NBA's greatest players ever.
