What's Buzz-worthy: I picked this one up from the bargain bin because there's huge potential here with the rookie crop and the boatload of the box (75 percent) not base cards. I'd take that ratio all day long most instances as it's one that can coalesce well with star power and rookies. That happened here to a decent degree, though I think this box is one that can easily be topped. ... On-card Rated Rookie ink is very possible here, but this one wasn't a big box on that front. Highlights to me include the Trout, Ohtani, Hoskins, Andujar and Devers cards -- not the ink (this time). ... As said in past breaks, I find this to be an enjoyable break and the Red & Yellow cards are only found in this Walmart version of the Mega Box. How do you know you have a variation if it's not obvious? Check the backs and look for black baseballs instead of white ones. See other Optic breaks here on The Buzz for more of my past thoughts ...
