What's Buzz-worthy: This is the second half of a case I busted on release day and it's the home of arguably the biggest card I pulled cash-wise here with the Blue Sasha Banks mat auto. That set isn't a perfect one but this sig looks pretty good compared to others and she's the Smackdown women's champ and one I've collected (as much as I can at least) for several years now. While I had my eye on a different big card in this release (one I have already picked off as a singles buy), this one works well within my stash. This half included a couple of duplicate names from the first -- a slight bummer in that it means one didn't get as much variety of signers as possible -- but one of those was Dakota Kai who hasn't yet arrived on the main WWE roster yet so she has potential. The Lynch auto is a bold one -- and you can see top and bottom how these are signed on-card -- and the presence of four parallels overall here is good. Ali autos are all relatively cheap right now but I don't see that as a bad thing with this release -- it's a card that looks pretty good and he's got some unique heel potential we're just starting to see. Odds-wise, the Banks card is one in 117 boxes -- somewhat low as mat autos are among the more-easily found cards -- but the Green Ali is one in 21, Strowman one in 42, and the Otis one in 59. I like the look of the color stuff here a lot -- I've pondered whether I might be able to chase some color sets across the board -- and I think over time those could be stronger. (The base stuff, in some cases, has volumes that seem too high for a premium release so they could soften.) Half-case Grade: A+ (Banks and other color here is pretty good)
Fun Grade: B+ (just one card per box ... it's going to be hit and miss even if a good case)
