What's Buzz-worthy: This release was made specifically for Walmart and a typical pack includes four cards from a 50-card Red set, four from a 50-card Blue set that's identical save for the color and then a foil parallel for each one. For packs with hits, a few base cards were dropped out. The only other cards to find here besides the Known Heroes memorabilia cards from a number of Avengers-releated films? A one-in-240 Movie Images insert that I didn't land. Memorabilia cards are listed as one in six packs here -- so statistically 36 hits per case but this one over-delivered with 41. I got all but three of the standard memorabilia cards in the set here -- just missing on a Rhodes card, a possibly very rare Falcon card (his only one) and a Captain America from Age of Ultron. (I broke them down by movie above since there were so many in some instances and then multiple poses of the same characters atop that.) These were very repetitive across the board -- partly due to a small set being here four different ways all in one spot -- but at its sliver of original price it was a fun rip. I literally bled popping these packs (torn cuticles from splitting their cardboard hangers), but I'd probably do it again because it was that good of a bargain and these parallels have something of a Precious Metal Gems feel to them. The memorabilia cards have a dark bottom edge so grading there might be too big of a challenge, but I'll probably be checking some of those parallels to see if they are grading worthy. This was a fun volume rip and the only bummer is that I came up two hits short -- and it would be interesting to see if the rarer hits here hold up on another case. This one was very streaky and I'd love to see streaks the other way for some of those characters. If that can happen, these could deliver even bigger than this one.
