What's Buzz-worthy: The last of my Bowman Mega Boxes -- I've done 10 this year -- and it ended with some good color in this batch but without a number of the biggest prospect names and any more ink than the one I landed long ago in a break you can find right here. This is one of those retail-only cart-fillers for many out there to either rip, sit on or sell and there are plenty of reasons why in both the inclusions and the players in this year's crop. I did land a number of names but none of the biggest -- at least for now -- but overall my run of 10 boxes delivered pretty well just not with any big-name ink. These retail-only exclusive releases are seemingly always worth a look if the odds are good. Others guarantee a hit every time but this one has a much bigger upside of what's possible. Don't believe me? Go look for Wander Franco, Vladdy Jr., Seth Beer and Joey Bart autos (among others) from this one. There are also variations mixed in here that are rarer pulls as well as parallels for both the Chromes and the inserts in this one. Given the box price and odds that don't make stuff impossible -- and they are only in this box format -- these are worth a look.
