What's Buzz-worthy: For #TBT this time, I went with this pair of packs from a pretty rough past non-sports repack where this one was easily among the only "better" finds and these boxes were just a few bucks not that long ago ... widely available and dirt cheap, unlike the first series of Saved By The Bell cards Pacific made previously. (Those are tough finds in unopened form likely because the overall volume made likely wasn't massive.) How cheap? I landed a box of 36 packs for just $2 in 2o18 and broke it here. ... This show lasted less than a year with it toward the bottom of the 120 shows in the ratings that year, despite it being a follow-up of a long-running series with much (but not all) of the same cast. While the first set is just 110 cards with no extras in either packs or a factory set, this one is 110 cards, 10 Prisms and five promos. Since the first show's cards exist, very little here could be considered for the mystical non-sports "Rookie Card" that some like but this one does have a ton of scenes and portraits with card backs that are pretty forgettable. Ironically, I got two Prisms here and that's normally what you'd find in a whole box so that made this pair of packs strong. That's all the time I've got for this one today ... but if I ever track down some of the first series cards, you'll definitely see them here and I'd totally slab a Kelly Kapowski Rookie Card -- and others -- from that one.
