What's Buzz-worthy: I was a little surprised to find this one while on the hunt for some past WWE boxes but grabbed it since it's probably been 18 years since I opened one of these and the crop of inclusions here is strong in terms of the names and volume of cards per person is strong, too. This box was very clean -- not a single ding -- where I perhaps should have kept it closed but if you're a regular reader that's just not what I do. I initially regretted this one for a short time -- autographs here are redemptions -- but the long odds make those un-realistic finds anyway (see gallery). I didn't regret it when I opened, though, landing a couple of gold parallel cards and a hit (that's one in every three boxes) of WWE Hall of Famer Ivory. (Also a real-world former GLOW star known as Tina Ferrari for those who are a fan of the Netflix series.) Generally, this box over-delivered on inserts and I still don't know anything about the Blast From The Past cards that were never made but are still on the odds panel. The mini-posters here are folded paper but I don't like unfolding those more than they need to be but you can see everything else here to get a good idea of how the box delivered. I sleeved a number of clean cards -- that's how clean this box was -- for possible grading as this era of Fleer stuff can be chippy and have soft corners right out of packs. Look close at some of these cards that have never been handled ... not grading-friendly at all. All in all, it was an A box -- almost an A+ as it delivered pretty well -- but I'd go hobby boxes if you can find them. Not the easiest thing to do for anything from this era ... they simply didn't make as much of this stuff vs., say NFL or MLB.
