What's Buzz-worthy: With a number of older BenchWarmer boxes back in stock at the link above, I figured it might be a good time to revisit one past release to show how they can deliver some names you might know from TV (Brande Roderick, Cindy Margolis, Sara Underwood, Jaime Bergman) and the wrestling worlds (Christy Hemme, Gail Kim, Traci Brooks, Candice Michelle) and probably elsewhere, too. This one packs an autograph in every pack and in this case it over-delivered with an extra prop memorabilia card. This one is not among the choices in the store right now -- the newer stuff can deliver far more -- since I picked up a few of these at less than $2 a pack long ago and have had them awaiting a slow day or a #Buzz8in8. (Look for the rest of them in one post at some point -- one of the best boxes is yet to come.) ... The lineup of this one is pretty simple, which might be a reason why they are still affordable and available. The base set is joined by just one insert (also paralleled) and that's it. Card backs are simple one-liners touting the subject's notable roles -- different than many past releases. The base set -- not necessarily something you'll find in newer releases -- includes a mix of models, reality TV stars and actresses, former WWE notables and even a champion boxer. The auto lineup here is also pretty deep -- the same size as the base set for standard ink -- and there are other inclusions such as prop memorabilia cards that can surprise. That, combined with a relatively low box price, is why I'll rip into these -- to add some variety to the ol' autograph collection.
