What's Buzz-worthy: This Black November wave box is one I haven't opened before and since it's mostly hits I figured I'd try it. This one included more hits than it was supposed to have cards with two of the biggest cards -- the Kiss Card and the inscription card -- atop the two stacks in the tray here. The names here definitely aren't the biggest beyond some Playboy appearances. There are cards to be found here from women with TV and movie roles (some here, too) but not the biggest this time. The base set, but not necessarily the autos includes names like Sara Underwood, Carmen Electra, Torrie Wilson and others. It's not a lacking lineup but it's a very wide one so you don't see the scope of what's possible here easily in one box. There are dual-auto and triple-auto cards, autographed memorabilia cards and various autos that you can collect to spell out "HOLLYWOOD" -- it's simple and mostly hits and that helps the value of the base cards and offering up the ink for more names. The roster of signers is also very deep and while it may not include some of the biggest names found in other past releases I think that depth can help with signers not seen in other boxes. While I wouldn't mind finding more base cards -- these are super-thick deluxe cards -- the rest of the package is very solid. If they last the Black November wave or drop, I may dabble here more -- just to add a variety of autos to my stash without breaking the bank.
