What's Buzz-worthy: How's that for a deja-vu box? The last time I ripped into one of these -- from a totally different dealer from a different part of the country than my previous one that I bought awhile back -- I landed the same rare parallel of a key autograph -- a find that's one in 338 packs and only 25 were made. To make this one even better (my other hit was definitely not better) I did find a Gold parallel of a Hall of Famer that's also rare -- one in 568 packs. That keeps this box at A+ status for sure. Ultimately, these boxes are very consistent so to save server space the base and standard inserts in the gallery are from last time -- I only added in the new/unique finds in this box at the end. As I noted last time, my original grade below is a reflection that the 1985 Topps baseball design doesn't translate that well, but the photography and the retro design mesh here make for a fun break for the basics -- and there are some solid cards to be found among the parallels. Collectors can expect at least three insert cards per pack, though these really feel like subset cards -- also a reflection of that clunky 1985 design that's seen across the board here. ... Among the other autographs to be found are Sasha Banks, Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns, John Cena, Lex Luger, Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart to name a few and, if I remember correctly, all but one (Cena) are on-card. The hits alone made this box a winner but the basics here are strong. It's a fun collector-minded release. I really need to grab some more.
