What's Buzz-worthy: With the "road to WrestleMania" a lot different this year -- I'm not feeling it as much heading into this weekend's pre-taped action -- I opted to cut down the #BuzzMania3 marathon set for tomorrow a tad and this is one of the strong boxes that didn't make the cut. I grabbed and ripped a bunch of these in the past because most of them that I ripped delivered hits when statistically they shouldn't have -- and there's on-card ink for the autographs as you can see here. One drawback here is this is a highlights set and that immediately creates a few challenges on how these cards might be received by collectors, but there are a ton of moments captured here from a time were NXT might have been at its character-developing peak. The other drawback? Thin stock and black borders -- they can easily come out of packs with minor tweaks that can derail your Gem Mint 10 dreams if you're crazy enough to slab key moments. (I am and have.) The key reason to rip here is the ink. Autographs include Dusty Rhodes, Roddy Piper, Sting, Pat Patterson, Michael Hayes, Bayley, Kevin Von Erich, Charlotte Flair, Dory Funk Jr., Terry Funk, Lana, Sasha Banks, Becky Lynch and Ric Flair among others. Landing ink in these boxes is a win ... and I got it for less than $1 a pack.
