What's Buzz-worthy: This one was a bargain bin find for $15, which is half of its original price, and that's what you can find it for here, too. These are worth pondering as they guarantee an autograph or memorabilia card and carry a number of green retail-only inserts. This box ended up being pretty decent though its base cards aren't that great and I was presented the challenge of using Panini Rewards. (I actually like them.) As said in a previous break of this one, the green parallels likely will sell for a tad more than you might think -- the point for retail exclusives -- but in the long run they may not hold up since we don't know any type of announced print run. You typically get one green rookie and two veterans per box and all of the inserts are also retail-only green versions. At this price, they're not an awful rip as long as you like etched foil and foilboard cards. My Rewards picks? An auto for Hall of Famer Sarunas Marciulionis from 2014-15 Panini Preferred, a Rolando Blackmon 2014-15 Panini Gold Standard auto (/199) and an Alex Avila 2013 Panini America's Pastime Gold Silhouette (/15; regular shown as mine was the last one available and it's no longer on the site -- so I couldn't pull the image). I also had 50 points left over from a past card and have another card (a National Treasures dual-mem card) on the way since Panini recently introduced some 50-point cards into the system. The only drawback? The shipping fee ($5.25) for Rewards cards. It's not ideal, but it's OK to me since I get some type of choice atop the surprise. I didn't expect this from a bargain bin box, but I'll take it.
