What's Buzz-worthy: These boxes are huge but that's reflective of the potential. Some of them will include insane 40-autograph book cards while others will include encased autograph or autographed memorabilia cards -- and none of them are numbered to more than 15 copies. This particular box included an autographed Relic of a Hall of Famer you might have seen emerge from a Buzz Break earlier today -- yep, another Rickey Henderson -- and that's a solid find, though he's perhaps not in as much demand to make money on this particular box. While this collector sees this card as a win, it's symbolic of a high-end brand where all your eggs are in a one-card basket. Henderson, for example, appears on 15 different cards in this one and nine of them are 1/1 cards. The rest are limited to five, 10 or 15 cards, with a total print run of about 70 total autos, excluding any book appearances he might have. These cards come encased, which makes for a good presentation, and you can see that they are glossed cards but with perfectly bold and issue-free autographs (at least in this case) and the design has some small touches that help reinforce the theme of Henderson as a Hit King. There isn't really a base set here instead it's a product made up of cards with a number of versions under a few themes -- Home Run Kings, Hit Kings and Masters of the Mound -- and then a selection of Letters books and cut autographs with and without Relics ... and there are also three with bat knobs. If these boxes dip in price at all due to volume (something that could but may not happen), they're a bit of a no-brainer if you examine the checklist and gallery here as well as the odds below. There are definitely more big cards than risky cards if you want to land a nice sig via busting boxes.
