What's Buzz-worthy: This was my first in-person look at Prizm NBA this year and it seems like this blaster over-delivered with a Purple Wave top the typical easier parallel pulls. This one was lighter on Rookie Cards than another blaster (two here, four in one you'll see later) but Allen seems like a higher-profile RC than some others. The real wins here, beyond the color, are a Luka Doncic appearance on an insert and a Kobe Bryant game-used card. The power of Prizm is strong with many -- the first store Buzz had checked was cleared out, while a second had eight blasters and six mega boxes, a lot that can have some interesting asking prices on eBay from those who did clear a shelf. I'll have a mega box up right here tomorrow -- stay tuned -- but this seemed like a strong start for a brand that's delivering big-money cardboard for parallels and key rookies -- a Silver Doncic here has sold for as around $600 in recent auctions and there are a few other shades possible in retail. You can get Silver, Green, Purple Wave and Green Pulsar (/25) here. That last one along with jersey cards are only found in blasters so the right name can be a win easily at suggested retail price. That's probably why some stores' shelves have been cleared. Look for that mega box break here tomorrow -- for now check out the gallery below.
