What's Buzz-worthy: Buzz wrote a few pieces about these back when they arrived but never actually got any in-hand so a trio of packs got my attention at a low price recently and I bit ... so here we are. What are these? Well, it should be relatively obvious -- they're some impressive baseball coins that are housed in sturdy cardboard frames one per pack. All 30 teams have a player who got coined with the chase being relatively rare (one per case at one in 432 packs) silver coins and then a redemption for a gold coin for then-reigning Rookie of The Year Aaron Judge. Everything here is fully licensed and the coins are meaty -- these are heavy packs -- and if you want to pop them out of the cards you can (though less handling is probably better for the frames). My Beltre frame had damage on the back, so I popped it out (push from the back toward you if you dare) ... and I like the feel of them moree out of the frames actually popped all three. The front of the Goldschmidt layer actually popped off the card with the coin coming out so beware on that possibility. I didn't land any names that wowed me here but among the names in this one are Mookie Betts, Bryce Harper, Clayton Kershaw, Francisco Lindor, Buster Posey, Joey Votto, Anthony Rizzo and Mike Trout. All of them have silver versions to chase, too, but they're tougher pulls. The original prices on packs here were $6.99, but you can find them cheaper than that if you're buying by the gravity box. If your player is on the list, these look pretty nice in hand.
