What's Buzz-worthy: I picked this one up in our recent 10-percent off flash sale since the discount got it a little more into my price comfort zone and it paid off the instant I popped the lid to see the tray inside. Right on top was a 1/1 Kiss Card and then I found a 1/1 base auto and a big memorabilia card that's as close as it gets to a 1/1 creation. The base set here is a massive one since you're only supposed to get one, maybe two base cards (/20) per box and it's a roster that includes pretty much all of the big names who BW collectors expect in recent years. That seeding also helps the value of base cards more than you might expect not only for this brand but for most releases that are hits-focused, which is pretty much anything done lately. (Models are obviously also signing more than 20 copies of their base cards, too, making base cards more of a draw than you might thin.) The volume of ink here is strong, though I did get some repetition here among the names. The top name? I'm not really sure here -- I saw plenty varying credits across the board here when checking names but didn't see anybody with a bunch of big credits out there in pop culture. These cards here are pretty solid across the board in terms of design, printing, etc., but the way they faded out the photo on the Kiss Cards here makes it look a little odd and sometimes smudged card when it's not. It's definitely a design that has a lot of repetition here -- perhaps too much. All in all, though, I didn't mind this box given the volume of stuff here ... and two 1/1s in any box is a pretty good break when not guaranteed.
