What's Buzz-worthy: Buzz got shut out at not one, not two but four area locations on a last-second Bowman box hunt (my region stocks on Fridays) so the only two packs I found at any of them get the Buzz Break treatment here. Having seen a Green Refractor Shohei Ohtani come out of these earlier today on Twitter I got a little excited when one of the packs here had Green Chrome but it was a Shimmer of a prospect, not the hottest rookie on cardboard in the world today. These packs are loaded with inserts and then prospects (technically inserts) atop that, making these relatively small $9.98 packs feel like they deliver pretty well. We did land some decent names here but nothing that will fill up the bank account long-term so these two might not be the best-delivering but they were still relatively fun. The Green Shimmer is one in every 150 packs so this lot should probably grade better than what I gave it but I had high (optimistic) expectations. If I can find more, we'll dig in soon from the retail front and will do a hobby -- maybe -- here soon.
