What's Buzz-worthy: A small set stacked with top prospects, top stars and Rookie Cards with a number of parallels and a smaller array of inserts all in a mini-box format that lets you try things out cheaper while also guaranteeing two autographs in every mini? That's a win. Then it's even better when you land two different-colored parallels of MiLB's top player, Vladdy 2.0. The Purples are one in 20 packs. The Greens are one in 50. Throw in an Atomic Best Performers card of the No. 1 pick -- that's one in 48 packs -- and add an RC and a parallel of the NL Rookie of the Year ... and this box feels like a win without even considering the hits. (The Best Performers auto here? It's of a top prospect, too, and it's a type of card found one in every 121 packs.) I won't mention how one of Bowman Draft's big names, Jerred Kelenic, also was found here twice. Bowman's Best seems like an overlooked brand every year but one that can deliver well -- this box seems like a solid example and it's also a strong box that can be topped.
