What’s Buzz-worthy: This box was an impulse pick-up in the flash sale on now with visions of some key rookies and more arriving in my box -- but that didn't happen. (I keep telling myself to just grab a factory set for the rookies -- and might now.) This one reminded me of a few reasons why I opted for more Optic last year than basic Donruss -- mostly because the mega boxes there delivered a little better than this release. As said before, the key here for these is, in my mind, the Illusions pack, which has a 50-50 shot at having a hit -- and an added surprise is potential box-toppers instead of a standard pack in these. There's a heavier mix of inserts here vs. blasters but it can be hit and miss as you see here. If you're looking for RCs more than other stuff, blasters are best or perhaps the hanger boxes with guaranteed hits. If you just want all of it? Rip some hobby, which can still be had.

Fun Grade: C (these just need more ... for times like this when big names elude you)
