What's Buzz-worthy: Mega Boxes got my attention more when this one arrived but if blasters all deliver as well as this one, those Megas can be beat. (They won't, but this one is a reminder to sample all formats ... some will over-deliver somewhere sometimes.) This box's Rated Rookies are strong and its hit is one of a player will added potential going forward. You don't get as many inserts in these boxes -- a little less variety -- but there are exclusives. The Pinks are only found here. You won't find autos here but you get a memorabilia card every time. ... I wasn't a big fan of the standard Donruss NFL release this year, but these Optichromed versions look good and one big aesthetic issue on the Rated Rookies in Donruss has been fixed for this release. All in all, this blaster got me looking at this brand once again -- and there are more than a few rookies worth that look. If ink is your main focus, go with the hobby box at the link above.
