What's Buzz-worthy: These Target boxes are pricier than their Walmart counterpart and include fewer rookies but they include an auto to make up for it and in some cases will apparently include two hits like this one -- though I ultimately turned a Panini Rewards points card into three lesser hits. Why rip into these? The Bronze Rated Rookies -- roughly one per box for any player -- of Baker Mayfield got me to try. There was no auto for me here, a bummer that make me lean more toward the cheaper Walmart boxes that give you more rookies and a lot more color with the Red & Yellow Prizms only found there. The rookie crop here is loaded enough you could do well -- and I had at least one notable name here -- but it should be easy to do better than this one. I still gave the box an A with the two hits, though Panini Rewards will now cost you a little more -- about $7 -- to get stuff with a new handling fee since the last time I got points. These boxes will dry up and the hobby boxes -- hit that link above -- are a pricier option that do deliver ink every time. The Mega Boxes are a good option if you want to grab rookies and their parallels with a shot at more on the cheaper side.
