What's Buzz-worthy: If you want a basic product where you can bust a case on the cheap, get a hit of some type in every box and find some really unique stuff every time, then this one one to check out ... and that link up top is where to do it when you're done here. ...  As I said, you're guaranteed a hit every time and there is ink possible on that front, too. Ink isn't the only possibility, either, with art cards, memorabilia cards, cut autos, patches and buybacks. This time? A Hall of Famer memorabilia card that I have actually pulled before but this time with a nice three-dimensional seam through what looks like pants fabric. ... For less than $10 a box and under $200 for a case (at least where priced right now), they are worth a look. The hobby boxes are loaded with autographs and memorabilia with the base cards and mini parallels in the minority, but these blasters flip things back around more traditionally with the base cards leading the way and a mini in every pack. This retail version feels just like SportKings cards from the recent past, while hobby boxes will include some ink back color parallels and retail is the home of some variation cards for Ty Cobb and Walter Payton. The hobby boxes might have been a little too pricey when they arrived -- but they're long gone with all their hits -- while these boxes can run a little lean at times but can still surprise for the price. Buying in bulk can be the best scenario -- here's a case break to see. Not all the likenesses here are the best but there are some good ones as well as some surprises on the checklist.
