What's Buzz-worthy: These encased buyback cards aren't wrapped in any way inside the boxes so once you flip the lid you know what you have -- and, to me, that's the fun part of this relatively affordable product that has upside to it due to scarcity of card volumes signed and a number of notable names on the signers' list. Among your possible autos here? Jose Altuve, Alex Bregman, Kris Bryant, Bryce Harper, Aaron Judge, Manny Machado and Mike Trout among a number of young stars. As for this particular box, Berrios picked up his first All-Star nod this season as he's 9-7 with a 3.68 ERA and 127 strikeouts in 127 innings this season. He presently leads the AL with two complete games and one shutout and he's on pace to set career highs in everything. Sales-wise, he's had a number of cards from this one sold on eBay but none have topped the $20 mark for cards that were all between 40-something and 99 copies. This one should do a bit better based on scarcity and some visual appeal for the Chrome design. Among actives there are a number of lower-volume cards (but not as rare as this one) with much higher asking prices. Assuming this one shakes out somewhere near break-even resale-wise, the player and the scarcity still make this one feel closer to an above average but not super-duper flashy box. Land one of those names above? You won't be having that debate at this box price.
