What's Buzz-worthy: The second UFC Topps Chrome release is one that feels like it can deliver pretty well at times with a heavy array of inserts, a good amount of parallels and color and two autographs per box. The wave design of the base set is the standard look for most flagship sets this year but I'm not sure it really works that well for UFC. It's not bad -- it just doesn't seem to be that dynamic. Some might be on the photos as the colorful Refractors work well, though, and the standard Refractors do have a good pop. The printing and stock on all of these cards seems very solid and clean so no issues there. The autographs have odd big white boxes that look like they might lend themselves to sticker autographs but they were both on-card in this one. At the current prices, this one seems like a no-brainer to rip as there are rare parallels and big names on the ink front -- from the past and present -- who could put you ahead easily. Meanwhile, even if the money cards aren't there in your box, this is a set that seems like it could appeal to collectors who want to take on the challenge of chasing things, too.
