What's Buzz-worthy: These hanger boxes have been popping up alongside new Heritage boxes at some retail locations and that was enough to get this collector ripping into them in limited fashion -- just two. They paid off pretty well despite being hitless. How? The Rookie Cards and some inserts, which don't seem to flow anywhere near as well in this year's hanger boxes. (Hence me revising these and not those.) Ronald Acuña Jr. is my go-to look-for here and I found him on a card that at a glance might be a PSA 10 contender. My other go-to rookie in these is Shohei Ohtani but he was only found among the inserts. Look around here on The Buzz and you'll see much more of this one busted. It and 2018 Topps Update might be two to shred heavily while they are still around as the Rookie Card crop in both of them are meaty and talented.
Product Grade: A+
Lot Grade: A- (thanks to Acuña and decent insert volume)
Fun Grade: B
