What's Buzz-worthy: This release carries weird subset numbering that continues off of last year's Galactic Files Reborn set -- and that means you'd better have a checklist handy -- but what makes this one a classic is the fact that it offers a comprehensive look at all of the Star Wars galaxy. For those of us who don't have time to sponge up every single character and item in all of this historic franchise's universe, this one offers the basics and even offers graphics to show how powerful they are in the big picture and in comparison to each other. This one reaches back to the original films, which is something I've missed in the recent-movie sets other than the Journey To releases, and that just makes me like it even more. The Orange parallels are solid in my Skywalker X-wing loving eyes, while I do wonder whether the base set needs to be space black (but I get why it is). There are a number of insert sets but you don't get that many compared to the base and parallels, which keeps it feeling more traditional. It would be cool to see an acetate parallel version of these cards with their design (at least for the fronts the backs are pretty standard card backs and acetate wouldn't work). This particular box included two numbered parallels -- the Gold insert a one-in-4,769 pull -- and an colorful sketch card that could make the box on its own. I like this one enough that you'll see it again later this week in Buzz 12 in 12 -- and that one is truly out of this world. This one? Not bad.
