What's Buzz-worthy: I didn't plan to rip these (somebody bought them for me), but there is a reason to -- there are five Roster Update cards per box that are only found here. Basically it's a 20-card set is made up of late additions where stars have changed shows or are NXT card debuts or NXT stars who have not had cards recently. In this case there are a few debuts and arguably the best one in the set was in one of these packs, the very first (and so far only) Sarah Logan card. It's not exactly the best checklist for updates, but they're only in these packs. ... I did get lucky with a Relic in this lot of three boxes -- not something you should expect, making blasters or hobby a better option. ... The names you don't see in this base set -- Ronda Rousey, Mandy Rose, Sasha Banks to name a few -- means you'll probably get them all in Series 2 this fall. All in all, this one's on par with flagship sets of recent years, I just feel like these need some "other" type of card to mix things up and add to the variety. Otherwise, it's a strong basic brand that offers a good amount of first-time cards -- and a few first-time autos -- along with the hits.
