What's Buzz-worthy: Buzz did pretty well with retail on this one, so here's one hobby box to chew on -- the home of an autograph in every single box, Ronda Rousey's first WWE Rookie Cards and autographs as well as the first cards for the WWE's Mixed Match Challenge tournament which paired male and female stars together in tag-team competition. That last set is only found in hobby and this box included one in every pack along with a Gold parallel that's a tough pull at one in 633 packs. Also rarer here? A Relic parallel that's one in 246. Ripping into a hobby box pretty much gives you the full run here (excluding parallels and retail-exclusive cards) and it gives you a pretty good look at today's WWE along with a few notables from the past. This one is an improved product over past years -- and it pretty much includes all of the notables for ink -- so it's a safe buy as a collector with some money/flip potential if you land rarer parallel hits or Rousey ink. Hobby boxes are probably the safest way to go (link above) but the hunt for blasters could be worthwhile, too, if they present themselves. (They don't guarantee ink every time but can deliver.) I busted a ton of this brand here (and not on here) the last few years -- it's a strong release -- but this one will be your last look at this one this year. (Unless I find a Rousey ... then it will be back. As Paul Heyman says, that's not a prediction ... that's a spoiler.)
