What's Buzz-worthy: Another A+ box in my book thanks to the Ja Morant appearances -- that's three of them -- along with another Zion Williamson. The Cardboard Gods have been telling me all year long to collect Morant as I've pulled him more than Zion pretty much in every release. (If there's ever a big run on Brandon Clarke, Sekou Doumbouya, Eric Paschall or Coby White I'm golden, too.) This one is a fun one with a boatload of possibilities every time with some packs easily capable of including the same popular rookies more than once. How did this one break down? Well. It included more of the non-basic Chronicles cards and a little more of everything with a couple of Optichrome stock cards (typically just one per blaster for me). These boxes are the home to Pink cards and those are largely the only colors here other than Silver parallels for the stuff on Optichrome stock (Prizm, Hometown Heroes, Flux, etc.) though I didn't land anything that wasn't Pink among all of my boxes. Hits are possible here -- mostly as Red parallels but some others are possible -- but I have landed nothing in that realm. Despite that, this might be the most-entertaining NBA rip of the year just because of the variety. Poke around here for more thoughts from my previous breaks of this one. I'll undoubtedly have more as I have busted several and have them awaiting a future Buzz Break slot.
