What's Buzz-worthy: Buzz happened upon three trays of new Prizm boxes out in the wild and this was the first of a few breaks for the day ... and it started off with something you probably shouldn't expect to see all that often if you go the blaster route -- autographs. You get some of everything in blasters -- you can expect Silver, Green and a hit close to every time -- and you can also find Purple Wave Prizms and Green Pulsar (/25) in this format. You also can find autographed cards, Penmanship autos, Rookie Penmanship autos and then the array of insert sets with Silver and then Green Prizms possible. This box was light on Rookie Cards this time -- that's perhaps the drawback with this box -- so don't think that's the norm. There was actually a case ripped on BlowoutTV yesterday where Silver parallel RCs flowed in seemingly every box. ... The rookie crop here is key both in the short- and long-term as Prizm is easily the go-t0 brand for many NBA collectors for RCs and parallels -- and even moreso with slabbed cards. If you spot these in the wild, dig in -- and scout for the next wave, too if you can. While it might be tempting to simply collect and hold boxes with this one, it's also a brand that's worth ripping into -- that's not my thing. This won't be my final Prizm break here today, either.
