What's Buzz-worthy: This is my first time opening a newer "Archive" style box, which is a mix of past cards, some new stuff and then cards with an extra stamping on them with numbering but are otherwise the same as previous ... just kind of like a buyback. The approach has its benefits and its drawbacks -- you get more shots at notable names from the past (and a few are here) but you also don't get a lot of new stuff. And in this case the hits are the minority in the box. While I generally buy these cheaper BW boxes for hits, the thick-stock premium cards and inserts actually can regularly out-sell the hits for whatever reason generally speaking. (Not always, of course, but often. Why? They can be rarer finds than their hits at times.) Nearly everything here was on the rarer side, which adds to the value -- especially if a collector out there needs one of the rare cards you pull. The drawback is that they are stamped versions of cards they perhaps already have so there might not be as much demand in some spots. If these had a little more hit volume, I'd probably be sold but for now I'd probably dabble with boxes with original content and prices that are a bit lower. These might have more up-side if you land a big name and are a seller.
