What's Buzz-worthy: This year's blasters have fewer packs and a few more cards per pack but overall come in about eight cards lighter than last year. No biggie to me but I'm sure it will matter to some people out there. The base set and its prospect counterparts are not symmetrical in their designs and I like that move, though, again, I'm sure it will matter to some people out there. This one is on par with past Bowman releases but the meatier packs don't have a lot of extra flash. There weren't many first Bowman cards in this blaster, though the Rookie Card presence was on par with one of my breaks of Bowman last year. The approach and the inclusions here are in line with other releases but the odds may not be as easy on stuff -- check out the gallery below -- and that's something we've seen some so far this MLB season. There are some big potential pulls here so there are many reasons to dig in -- hobby being your first stop if you want to chase ink and big rarities -- but Bowman can always deliver pretty well ... either now or later.
