What's Buzz-worthy: These boxes deliver about the same as past years but it seems that the autographs could deliver a little more often here based on this one's presence and its volume. Of course, that 499 is probably mixed between hobby and retail but at least the retail doesn't appear to be more on the rare auto side as I think it was last year. (It seemed all I remember looking up were rarer after I pulled a Sam Darnold /25 auto.) This year's design feels like it's a premium release with stiff foilboard stock that's got a pretty good foil-stamped feel, too. The card backs are pretty complete and even more colorful and, of course, blasters are the home of Green parallels across the board. I landed some good names on the insert side to go along with an auto so I give this an A- box grade, though I'm sure it can be beat. One plus this year? The boxes appear to be priced back at normal price vs. an extra $10 last year while still delivering an auto or mem every time. That's a formula that works for me.
