What's Buzz-worthy: I've ripped two blasters of this and one of each of the mega boxes and, well, this one might be the roughest of them. Part of that is simply because it's a large set, sure, but the "advantage" of sorts here with 10 packs didn't translate into any top rookies and one was substantially mangled. The autograph guarantee is fine for the price ($37.48 in this case) but that's not an assurance of a notable auto (my guy is a 99-center on eBay). My selection of base cards was rough -- very rough -- while my inserts did rebound it some with a Saquon Barkley and a Joe Namath ... but this box is still average at best. These boxes are the home of Green Pulsar cards but mine just didn't impress -- and it really seems like one per box along with the hit is on the lean side, especially compared to some Prizm releases last year that included full packs of exclusive parallels. With the big set here and the low volume of parallels, that might make some better sales for the best names ... but that's not going to be easy. On the optimistic side, the rookie volume here means you have a one-in-10-box shot at any particular big-name rookie ... but it didn't work for me. Having ripped into all formats, I think my preference might be for blasters for the price -- or hobby, of course -- but I might be more of an Optic guy this year. We'll see next month.
