What's Buzz-worthy: It's been about eight months since I last ripped into one of these -- I'm not sure why as it's been a go-to of mine since its return in 2006 -- but it was literally among my only options at a local stop and was the last one on the shelf so I bit. Oddly, the base card selection here was almost the same as my last one -- the RC presence still very low and not good -- but the inserts delivered some solid finds with key names among the minis. Hobby boxes aren't the cheapest way to go here but they do include three hits. If you want guaranteed ink but a little less to chase inside, then Ginter X is a solid option (also can be had at that link). At a premium price, Ginter X is perhaps safer but the variety of surprises possible in a hobby box also shouldn't be discounted. Ginter autos of big names are a solid long-term hold and ink of its unique signers can surprise you over time, too, as these boxes will be the only place to find them.
