What's Buzz-worthy: Cartoons, comics, fads, fashion, films, musicians, celebs, news-makers, politicians, toys, video games and TV shows from the 1990s get the GPK takedown here and it's a collection of subjects that seem masterfully spoofed -- or at least I get most of them as that might have been the last decade where Buzz had ample time for music and TV shows running all the time. The formula here is similar to past years -- one numbered parallel in the typical box of this one with longer odds on autographs and sketch cards. The collector's boxes deliver more inserts and some type of guaranteed hit but this one is a solid basic set to me. So many cool subjects here -- everything from The Big Lebowski to Dennis Rodman get GPK'd and it works well. The main box image isn't celeb-based (it's for the fashion of ripped jeans not a grunge music icon) but don't let that one dictate what you think -- check out the gallery below. This one gets an A+ from me -- and I only pulled 70 percent of the possible cards. I'll be picking up more -- and if I land a few of my favorites on cleanly cut and centered copies, you'll see some of them in graded slabs. Why? That's how much I like what I see here.
