What's Buzz-worthy: It's been almost two years since I've ripped into one of these but with it in a recent Dash Deal at half price I bit. Why? Strong rookies -- with parallels -- and the possibilities of a lot more here with autographs and other rare/unusual hits. All I got this time -- a somewhat closer to average box of this one -- were the rookies, though I didn't even land a Pete Alonso. My Chrome topper pack was perhaps my first sign here with two of the same card in the four-card pack -- back-to-back serial-numbered cards for Wade Miley. Ugh. (The topper is a selection of Chromes who didn't have them in the standard retail/hobby packs so I wouldn't have big expectations in those beyond parallels.) My finish? The last pack was one of the gems where Vladdy Jr. and Tatis Jr. arrive in the same pack. (Happens more often than not in this one.) Again, why rip? Check out that checklist at the link up top and you'll see some definite money autos and Chromes and a lot more in this one on the insert front than what I landed. It's all possible here ... just at odds where they won't be in every box.) This Topps.com-only release is a little more limited than the regular stuff but the only exclusives are the topper pack. You do get more volume here than what is in a blaster and that's another reason to rip -- more shots at the rarer stuff that's in there. Nearly all types of rarer inclusions in Heritage hobby packs are also found here (odds not easy in either format) and that includes ink and even Superfractors. The safety here is in the pack volume.
