What's Buzz-worthy: It's been a few years since I ripped into this one -- not since arrival -- but there are reasons to rip here with notable rookies, several second-year stars as well as legends from the past all in one low-end (and perhaps lower-print) release. If you're a slabber, there's no doubt you have seen the pop reports for stuff like Topps Update for this popular year. But stickers? Fewer than 50 total -- for all stickers, all players -- have been slabbed by PSA for example with most having no more than five copies and the high at eight. They aren't easy grades but with so few slabbed 10s will matter more but eights may not hurt as much, either. The stickers and their card backs -- those are a key to me -- seem to be matched each time (no variations) so that also makes them easier to collect/grade and track. There are 236 different stickers spread over 223 different card backs here, which is a tad confusing  (some cards have four sticker numbers) but overall this one feels improved compared to versions that came before this one. The stock is immensely light -- you can damage them simply pulling on the seal of the pack -- and a lot of the cards (backs) have minor damage from the sealing process. Big names here for RCs (some might not call them cards but the logos are here on both the cards and the stickers) include Vladimir Guerrero Jr., Fernando Tatis Jr. and Pete Alonso among others. Not everybody has cards and stickers but it's a good mix ... and these boxes won't break the bank. This one has aged well to me, perhaps because I didn't rip boatloads of it back then.
