What's Buzz-worthy: This release seems like it has some kind of story behind it. If you bought a blaster box of one WWE release earlier this year, then you got a booklet of coupons that included one for $4 off one of these $29 tins -- however these have since arrived as an online-only release. And, well, I couldn't figure out how to use that coupon where I picked this one up. I did lay a smackdown to the odds here with a Gold parallel that's one in 142 packs and in that same pack was my hit, which was a parallel version -- a one in 46-pack find -- but it sill felt really flat. I don't feel like this one delivers enough at all to charge a premium for packaging compared to other releases -- literally every card is below in the gallery. Had I beaten the one-in-41 autograph odds, I might not have the same feeling here. However, the product grade is based on the overall -- it's got some good inclusions and hobby boxes have three guaranteed autos per master box. I'd definitely go the hobby box route -- even a mini box for around $50 will give you ink and a second hit, which could also be an auto. That's far safer than this format. Hopefully I'll get my hands on a hobby box of this one soon to get a better feel for the whole. I like the approach here far better than the highlights-driven format we have seen a couple times this year and that we'll see again when the NXT set arrives.
