What's Buzz-worthy: This is one that is growing on me a little -- at least for the inserts compared to the base cards -- so here's one more try. I was rewarded with a manufactured Relic of a top name but that wasn't as appealing to me as even a mat or shirt Relic. The rest of the box delivered about the norm or basically average. ... The format change for the Topps WWE flagship set is one that breaks down the basic stuff by the TV brands and this first one is for the main show, Raw. The design is a bit more than the full-bleed feel we got last year -- it may work better for some, less for others and the more I see it the less I like the smoky lights look. Also complicating things for the later Smackdown release will be the fact that stars have already changed shows after WresteMania. This set includes stars from this show as well as others who have been part of the show for years but aren't currently active on a weekly basis. Atop that, the stars of 205 Live also get a base set presence here. While that show doesn't interest me at all -- at all -- this change does mean there are no NXT cards among what you get most of (base), though you will have a presence in the hits. Ultimately this one is about the hits and key stars' cards. If you rip hobby -- your best bet here so hit that link -- you're guaranteed an autograph in every box.
