What's Buzz-worthy: I previously opened display boxes of this one but had one of these tins in my deep stash from perhaps months ago that I had forgotten about. These are the home to some extra cards only found here depending on the type of the tin and in this case, that means 15 exclusive Super Skill Stars cards -- that means guaranteed appearances from Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Raheem Sterling along with the others seen here. I don't do a lot of soccer -- or gaming -- but these simple packs do seem to have a lot of variety inside. One drawback? The packaging means that the packs can bounce around in the tin and that can mean tweaked corners -- but not as badly as the Slam Attax cards I have opened in the past in tins from the UK. ... The meaty base set is made up of a number of subsets and those continue with the foils but with them grouped based on the colored texture used for the stock. (One is the same texture as Prizm Lazers, which is strong here with a lime green used.) ... I think these are worth a look if you're wanting a rip, a flip or just to collect some soccer stars without breaking the bank. It's a UK release, so that will take a little hunting to find them but some releases like this have made their way onto American store shelves, too, in the last year. All in all it's pretty simple but over time stuff like this that may not be as popular now could have room to grow ... and grading on skinny-stock cards like this could also spark some interest, too, if you land top names in top grades.
