What's Buzz-worthy: My first taste of this one comes with a small, late bite but based on the results here I'm fine with that as this was nearly the cost of a blaster box and, well, wasn't flashy at all. This one would be average -- maybe worse -- except for the two cards seen above. They're highlights but right now they're not paying for the box, which had three sealed retail packs inside. Generally, I've been a big fan of Optic in recent years as it seems to be a more collector-friendly counterpart to Prizm on the Optichrome side of things. I wasn't really wowed by any of the names here -- though I'm an NBA casual more than anything -- so I'll probably dabble with other recent releases if I see them out in the retail wild vs. this one, which was a straggler lone box among many options for me at my stop this week. Autographs and insert parallels are possible here along with the basics ... so if you want to chase on the cheap there are cards to find here.

Box Grade: B (Wiseman helps with a Holo Rated Rookie ... otherwise very average)
Fun Grade: B- (tiny boxes ... will be hit and miss)
