What's Buzz-worthy: This is a brand that I haven't done a lot of even in "normal" times as blasters break relatively dryly -- and, well, this one is pretty much on par even in a limit-two universe. This format does get you a decent amount of base cards -- six packs to get a set is a pretty easy "do" if collation is perfect -- but the rest of the pack is relatively lean just like when you rip blasters. (Too lean for my taste.) To me, a casual NBA ripper at best, the only thing of note here is the LaMelo Ball card on the better-cards list (pays for the pack if you're ripping at suggested retail price), though the base cards have a few notables. Keep in mind the set is small so they will be plentiful. Design-wise, the amount of space the ticket portion of the fronts continues to be a bit overwhelming like it was for this design for other sports in the last year. If you do this brand regularly, you're probably fine with it but it's too heavy for me. The hobby boxes are the best way to go here to get better volume on inserts and then the main draw -- autographs a few times per box.
